Pinpoint Cable Television Services are available in the following communities:
Bartley, Beaver City, Cambridge, Culbertson, Indianola, and Oxford.
- Guidelines:
Pinpoint Cable Television Service is limited to the above communities
- A basic channel subscription is required before adding subscription(s) to premium channels.
- Service is not available in all areas. Physical address of residence must be known prior to installation (i.e. 123 Commercial, or 987 East 4th St).
- A nominal set-up charge is due before cable hook-up.

Public service and nonprofit organization announcements are aired free of charge. Audio for these channels is provided by Nebraska Public Radio and USA 93.9.
